Here are some suggestions that could help improve the usability of JoomLeague.
1. Sorting of Lists
Whenever possible, lists of people, clubs, teams, and other entities should be sorted by name rather than by the ID field. This would make navigation much more intuitive and help users locate records more quickly.
2. Search Boxes for Selection Lists
Search boxes should be added wherever lists of clubs, teams, people, or other entities are used. Scrolling through hundreds of entries can become time-consuming and inefficient. A search box would allow users to filter the available options and quickly find the desired record.
3. Assigning People to Teams
Location:
Projects → Project Participants → Column Members → New → Details Tab
I would like to suggest the following improvements:
- The first field displayed should be Person Type.
- The Person and Position / Function fields should only appear afterwards.
- When a value is selected in Person Type, both the Person and Position / Function fields should be automatically filtered to display only the relevant and valid options.
- The list of names shown in the Person field should also be filtered by the associated club.
This approach would significantly reduce assignment errors and make the process faster, more intuitive, and more consistent.

These improvements would enhance navigation efficiency, reduce configuration errors, and make the management of databases containing large numbers of clubs, teams, and people much more user-friendly.
