Cannot install Joomleague

FOUND A SOLUTION TO THE BELOW:

I installed every zip seperately.
But would be nice to know what went wrong.

When installing i receive the next error:
Unable to load the JoomLeague package language

Joomleague 6.2.0
Joomla 6.1.3
PHP 8.3.33
Database mysql 8.4.3
Installingmethod: normal extension installation with package on pc
I’m working local with Laragon
Site language is nl-NL with en-GB also installed

I tried Google’s option to copy the language files, before installation, on the server (local)
Did not help.

I just updated Joomla to 6.1.4, but did not solve the problem.

Hi,

Thank you for reporting this and for providing details of your environment. We found the cause in the installation script of the complete JoomLeague package.

The package includes English and Czech translations. When installing with Dutch selected, Joomla loaded the English fallback strings, but the script incorrectly treated the missing Dutch translation as an error and stopped the installation. The issue was therefore not caused by Laragon or Windows.

The fix is ready for Beta 5. The installer now explicitly loads English as the base language and overlays the selected translation when available. A missing translation will no longer block installation.

Installing the individual ZIP files bypasses this package script, which explains why that approach worked for you. Once Beta 5 is released, I recommend updating using the complete package so that all extensions can be managed and updated together.
