  2. Joomla version
  3. PHP version
  4. Database type and version if relevant
  5. Exact URL or admin view where the issue appears
  6. Steps to reproduce the problem
  7. Expected result
  8. Actual result
  9. Screenshot or error message if available

For migration issues, also include whether the source site is JoomLeague 3.x and Joomla 3.x, and whether the data went through the migration tool at migrate.klucon.cz.
